Pastry chef at home

Last week we were spoiled beyond our wildest sweet dreams when The Captain baked up a storm in the kitchen, making Paris-Brest  and Opera cake  on two different occasions. He has a seriously sweet tooth for really good desserts and having had training as a chef, we are very lucky to sample his creations.
