Rainy days....

We've had about 80mm of rain yesterday and I didn't feel like doing much of anything - so I baked some chocolate  buttermilk cupcakes. The most deliciously moist chocolate cake recipe I've ever tasted.

Blue icing yes, don't know why...hahaha; I guess I wanted to make it a bit "fun".  It looks a bit like something from 'The Smurfs', huh? It tastes delicious though, hmmm.
