Sweet things

I was asked to make a cake for a girls' eighth birthday a while ago and made this cupcake tower. It looked so divine I simply have to share the pictures. The little party-goers "oooohed" and "aaahed" when they saw these, and everyone wanted to know if I'd teach them how to make the fondant roses. hehehe







They were vanilla cupcakes with butter-cream icing. My favorite is the pink/white swirly cakes. It reminds me of the summer sun, the beach and soft serve ice-cream..... Hmmmhmmmm.....
