Home-made pasta

There's nothing quite like home-made pasta for good, comfort food. Once you've made your own, you will never want to buy the store-bought dried variety again. Just 500g of plain flour, five large eggs and voilà; fresh pasta like you've never had before. I must admit that I'm quite lucky; The Captain insists that I have all the gadgets in the kitchen, so for this I use my Kenwood Major Titanium with the pasta-maker attachment - makes life so much easier!





For the simplest of meals, we have fresh pasta with lots of butter (the REAL thing), salt, pepper and a fresh green salad on the side. Yummmm!
