After what seemed like an eternity to me, waiting for these guys to emerge in their full glory, I had my surprise this morning. .....
The Papaver Somniferum that I had been keeping a watchful eye on, finally delighted me with their beautiful blooms and I am over the moon! It was just so worth the anticipation and (just a little) impatience (smile...).
Aren't these just too pretty?
